This is a regulator made by Ernesto Critzmann. I found this on CG-45.com.  It appears to be very much like a USD New Mistral. I don't have any idea if it was made before USD's! It has a very interesting mouthpiece as well. |

It looks like the exhalation of this regulator may "fiz" rather than blow bubbles; I know some were working on this a while back for our regulators too.

From the picture of Ernesto diving this thing, it looks like the second stage is fed by a Scubapro Mk 5 and just dangles. It's an interesting idea similar to what John proposed a while back to put the second stage near the center of a diver's chest.
