Basically, Phoenix is a balanced first stage with 3 HP and 3 LP ports that will substitute for the first stage on the AquaMaster, Royal AM, and Voigt Navy double hose regulators. HPR is an improved second stage for the previously mentioned regulators. Together they closely approximate the function and performance of the Argonaut Kraken. There is plenty of info in the Forum section of VDH.
