Looks great spirou a classic! I may have tracked down a similar set here, is there any info available regarding o-ring sizes to overhaul the valves? French R series maybe?

Fred,
To me, that valve looks more like the AMF Voit valve of the time than the U.S. Divers Company valve and seat.

With a thread gage I see that it a Whitworth 26g, external diameter -+11,8mm, I search but still not found 🤞🍀

Hi Fred if the thread is 26tpi it could be British Standard Brass (BSB)

Many thanks that schematic Fred, really useful! I’ve done some measuring as the original manifold o-rings crumbled as I removed them! Seems o-rings 411307 should be ID 10,0 x 2,0 90 Duro Is that what you are using? Found an old J valve rod in my box of SCUBA treasures (this is why you should never throw anything out!) My tanks look pretty good externally just a quick dodgy black rattle can job over the original Spiro yellow. Seems close to Caterpillar yellow but my restoration OCD seeks the right paint code

Aha thanks Fred, VERY helpful... much better to use the correct size o-ring! I was using Eriks O-Ring Calculator after measuring all the hardware, as the original o-rings were long gone! sealshop.eriks.co.uk/t/French_Metric_R_O-Ring_Sizesoringcalculator.eriksgroup.com/So to fully service my older style (rubber wagon wheel valve handle) Spirotechnique twin manifold you need the following French R Series o-rings (all 90 Duro except the R7) R5 (5.7 x 1.9) x 2 R7 (8.9 x 1.9) x 3 R9 (10.5 x 2.7) x 1 R19 (24.6 x 3.6) x 2 My HP seat is a Type D in your pic above, did you source them from SCUBA Gaskets in Malta or are they Trident?
