Can anyone ID this rebreather/full face mask?

Hello all, I am wondering if anyone can ID the full face mask / rebreather kit in this photo:

The glass says "Tempered USA" so I'm assuming it is American. Didn't seem to match the commercial equipment I've seen in photos (AGA, EXO, etc).

cant say as i know what rebrather that is, but the full face mask is made by widolf
