Phil's measurements, entered in FreeCad. And Phil, I sent the email with the dimensioned drawing as a PDF. Just like the old days! (1 year ago?) A DWE and VTP collaboration! I re-checked the measurements, and all are within a couple of thousandths. So are my bits.

I wonder; were any of the Healthways recalled with this issue?

This would also apply to the Calypso J, right? I'd be keen to see how you managed to finally get that seat out — I'm in the middle of rebuilding one and it's proving a touch complicated in that respect.

I use compressed air with a basketball inflator attachment to remove the seat. Be careful as the seat will fly out. A brass screw also works.

Jacob Hello, On the VDH video, it recommended, if the seat is good, to let the seat in place. When I dismantled mine, as I had no leak I let them in place. The first stage work perfectly. I just need a castle washer to be safe now. Take a look on the video, Bryan shows how to remove the seat with a screw, but if you use a screw normally the seat is damaged, and must be replaced I think with the method of ARTC ( basket ball) ,you can put the seat removed again in place. youtu.be/A5WIo5q7-_A?si=iLzSD3uF4GsN4JdWCheer's Fred

Seems Art's VTP castle spacer works fine. This is backed up by the apparent success of fitting a VTP part in Fred's VI.
