The first time I had seen this movie was about 1970 in the german tv .
My memory from Reco's (the coral diver) 336 feet dive was that without the Calypso divers
he might not come up in time . This was a littel bit to much depth , or time in this depth ,
or to much work in this depth .
I decided not to go this depth , but Cousteau's 90m(295 feet) or Duma's 93m(305 feet) ,
or 50 fathom was a accepted limit to go .
Reco (the coral diver) uses a french Mistral ( no valves in the mouthpiece) and the old hoses ,
same did Omer (Calyso diver) but he has a Royal Mistral . The other divers use Royal Mistral .
La Spirotecnique made promotion that with there regs it was possibel to dive to the divers limits .
