:DGo to DiveDesco.com and click on Rebreathers and scroll down to the C-Lung. It looks like a possible match. You should enter it in Trivia here at VSS Forum. The guys have a really fun time I.D.ing things there and many of them are great experts on all these things. William

Hey In General Discussions, it is called ( Vintage Scuba Trivia.) I really would not know how to move it, but you should check with Linda. She is very good. William

The problem is, in the Trivia thread it is expected that you can identify the correct answer so the "winner" can ask the next question. Your query is just fine where it is, and if you do find out what it is via this forum, we'll all know the answer already should you make it a trivia question!!

This looks like one of the old hand pumps for hard hat diving. There is an article in Captain Cousteau's Underwater Treasury titled "Diving With and Without Armor," by J. B. Green. He describes diving with "armor," which we now know as hard hat diving, to a depth of 162 feet to salvage the steamer Atlantic, which was carrying gold. I won't quote any of the story, but it is worth the read. He mentions many times the need to get air into the suit with a pump, but never mentions that it takes two men to pump that pump handle all the while that he was down.

I forgot to mention yesterday (I was pretty tired from a long hike) that these dives described by J. B. Green occured in 1852-1857 (when Mr. Green was bent so badly that he couldn't dive himself that he was disabled, and had to rely upon other divers to try to get to the gold). Also, I was talking about the pumps, not the suit, that were shown on the trivia thread.

It's a Desco "Bunny" suit used in conjunction with a "Jack Browne" surface supplied mask. Is it for sale? Can you add a photo of the compressor also? Dan
