On Ebay auction # 300079051468 there is a copy of Diver Below magazine for sale with an ad for a Mark 2 regulator which seems to be a single hose 1st stage with the second stage housed inside a double hose style mouth piece with corragated hoses carrying the air from a small single hose out of the 1st stage and expelling the air out another corragated hose from the mouth piece to another small single hose type hose into the 1st stage behind the divers head. I don't know how to post the link to Ebay, maybe Linda or Dan can help. Does anyone know anything about this reg. I've never seen one before.

This Demone was discussed on this forum a while ago. Do a search and check it out. Also, a great source for all these uniquely failed regulators is Fred Roberts' Basic Scuba. Dan has a couple for sale on this site, or one can be had via Amazon.com. Great information for vintage regulators.

Yes...its a DEMONE...and Yes, hard to come by. There will be one coming up for auction on ebay with in the next month. A close friend [ we both started in the retail scuba business in 1970, and are still at it ] will be asking me to put it on ebay for him. I have seen it and did send some pics to a few collectors of vintage dive gear to let them know it would be available as soon as my friend's divorce was final... it is now final... so all you collectors keep an eye out on ebay. Regards, Russ [ mistral ]

I've only seen the pictures like the one from the magazine. It would be nice to see some real pictures.
