The Aquarius went with me to the Great Lakes twice this summer — first in Lake Michigan for a dive I'll post about in a separate thread next week and then in Lake Superior at the end of August. (My apologies for the delays in getting back around, I returned from the UP to immediately start classes.) I dove the wrecks of the Bermuda, Steven M. Selvick, and Smith Moore and the Aquarius performed excellently in all conditions, including 48 degree water. The only trouble I had was my electrical tape fix for the leaky mouthpiece not being entirely adequate.    (This last one is for you, Ty — my friend Geoff let me borrow his 50th Anniversary Searambler for the first two wrecks. I used another friend's Aquastar Deepstar on the Selvick.) Jacob |

Thanks JB! It's surprisingly shallow — the fore is only about 12 ft below the surface! The glass bottomed boats frequently stop there. Sometimes the GoPro works out. I swapped from a Fuji to a Sony camera system over the summer and I'm hoping to get a housing next year — I'm hoping to really start improving these.
